When my father recently had a major health issue, I reached out to several lawyers and because my dad wasn’t deceased, no one would take the case. That was not what happened with Glenna Francis with Justice for Our Parents.

From the beginning, I spoke directly with Glenna and was never passed along to others in the firm. Glenna gave me and my family extremely personalized attention and she was with us from beginning to the very end of our case. Through what was a rather long process, and my need to attend to my father’s health issues, as well as manage his case, Glenna showed a great deal of compassion. She wasn’t concerned about her fees, and she viewed my father as a real person, with real issues, and not what the case could yield in the way of dollars. My family and I are immigrants, and the American justice system can be overwhelming and daunting. Glenna was very patient with us, answered all our questions, and prepared us for what was to come. She always followed up and kept us informed and we never felt that we were annoying or frustrating her in any way. Glenna did everything she could for us, and we all felt that way, and Glenna is simply the best.

I really can’t say how much I appreciate Glenna Francis, attorney at Justice for Our Parents, for her dedication, support, and empathy when handling my case.

I met Glenna under circumstances that were incredibly painful and disruptive. It was not easy to find an attorney who could advocate for me and that I could trust to have my best interests at heart—but this is what needed to restore my own sense of dignity. Glenna was always honest with me and set reasonable expectations of how the process would go, which alleviated a lot of unnecessary stress. I am very grateful for Glenna’s guidance, as she is an incredible attorney with outstanding knowledge of the law, who also happens to be a really kind person.

Glenna Francis, attorney and managing partner with Justice for Our Parents, is the type of person that makes difficult situations much more tolerable. Glenna offered support like no other attorney has in the past, after decades of my owning several successful businesses.

She actually came to my home and prepared me well for our upcoming deposition. Glenna makes one feel they are the only client in the world, and I didn’t have to deal assistants or paralegals. I never felt as though I was being taking advantage of, by not being able to talk with the actual attorney handling my case. Glenna displays respect, competence, compassion, and a deep understanding of the law. The legal representation she provided was extremely thorough and she always had my best interest in mind. Glenna reminded me somewhat of Zena, The Warrior Princess, since she has an uncanny ability to make one feel safe. She is extremely capable and willing to do whatever needs to be done to get the best results.

Compassionate, patient, understanding, attentive and trustworthy are a few of the many qualities that describe our lawyer, Glenna Francis.

In our legal situation, it was very difficult for us to trust anyone during the process. Glenna worked tirelessly on our behalf and she completely demonstrated how much she truly cared. It is very difficult to find honest and caring lawyers, but Glenna has truly changed our perspective. She gave our case the time and attention it needed for us to get the best outcome. We highly recommend Glenna and we are forever grateful.
