Glenna M. Francis
Glenna Francis began her legal career at a large commercial law firm, representing the interests of Fortune 500 corporations. But something was missing. “I wanted to help everyday people seeking justice, and when I began to work with victims of elder neglect and medical malpractice, I found my true calling.” Glenna fights for accountability, thereby improving the quality of healthcare for everyone in California.
Glenna has been a tireless elder and patient advocate for more than 15 years, resulting in over $30 million in awards and settlements for her clients. She successfully argued Birl v. Heritage Care LLC (2009) 172 Cal.App.4th 1313 before the Second District Court of Appeal, resulting in a published opinion regarding arbitration within the context of an elder abuse action.
Glenna attended law school at UC Berkeley School of Law and is a member of the American Association of Justice and California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform. As an experienced elder and nursing home abuse attorney, Glenna is dedicated to fighting for justice and seeking compensation for victims.
