The team here at Justice For Our Parents is blown away by this week’s Golden Inspiration – Ernestine Shepherd. At 56 years old, she started her fitness journey and began training with her sister. Now, at 88 years old, she is the world’s oldest competitive female body builder. She says she feels better than she did at 40, giving us all some major life goals!
