In between all the merriment and cheer, be vigilant and look for signs of happiness and joy, but also for signs of potential neglect or abuse. 1. The facility is clean and neat with home-like décor.
2. The staff is welcoming during daytime and after hours, even if you don’t call head to announce your visit.
3. The staff is helpful and caring.
